Staff of the SLCARP welcomed Sinhala and Tamil New Year to wish prosperity for the agricultural community in Sri Lanka. The renewal and cultural richness of this important event reminds the value of unity, growth, and success of agricultural production of the country.  SLCARP wishes all staff, farmers, partners, and stakeholders a happy, healthy, and prosperous beginning with the dawn of the New Year. Chairman encouraged and motivated the staff for managing agricultural researches and stressed the importance of research policy formulation while sharing thoughtful insights to set the tone for the year ahead. His speech was well-received, sparking enthusiasm and sense of unity among everyone present. The staff gathering was filled with cheerful conversations, and a spirit of togetherness that truly reflected the collaborative culture.
