Abstract Submission
Guidelines for Abstracts,
All abstracts must be written and submitted in English using MS Word 2007 or later version adhering to the following format:
- Length: Maximum 250 words.
- Format:
- Title: Bold, sentence case.
- Author(s): Full name(s), affiliation(s), and email of the corresponding author.
- Abstract body: One paragraph, includes justification, objectives, methodology, results & discussion, conclusion. Should be clear and concise.
- Units: SI units, no equations.
- Keywords: Maximum 5 keywords.
- Font Size & Style: Times New Roman, 12, single-spaced, justified.
- File type: Word document (.doc/.docx).
- Paper size: A4
- Margins: Left 3 cm, other sides 2 cm.
Important Deadlines & Submission Process
Submit abstracts via email to gtog2025.slcarp@gmail.com (Please note your research area in the subject of the email).
- Deadline for abstract submission: 20th October 2025
- Notification of acceptance: 05th November 2025
- Camera ready copy of the abstract submission: 15th November 2025
Presentation Format,
- Selected submissions will be invited for oral or poster presentations.
- Detailed guidelines for presentation will be provided after acceptance.
