A comprehensive transformation from a resource-intensive, environmentally damaging "Green Revolution" model to a sustainable "Green Agriculture" system emphasizes resource efficiency, environmental conservation, and the integration of both traditional and innovative green technologies. This shift involves using "green inputs" like organic fertilizers and eco-friendly pesticides, implementing "green management" practices such as crop rotation, conservation tillage, and adopting "green technologies" like IoT sensors, renewable energy to achieve high yields with minimal environmental impact, and enhanced resource use efficiency. The Green to Green Conference (GtoG2025) brings together experts in Green Agriculture in to a common platform and share their research findings on diverse thematic areas.
